Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery Monday - Friday!
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.85 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.00 a pound.
There is a $35 minimum order for pickup and delivery.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button to schedule your first pickup.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you in 24 hours. Friday pickups will be returned on Monday.
You do not need to be home to use our service. Just let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry bags, so our driver knows where to find them.
*We are not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! When you place your order online, there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know your special laundry instructions. These preferences are saved and will be done every time.
There is not. You can cancel service at any time, but we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
If you are a recurring customer and you need to suspend your service, you can log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
